HAPPY BDAY ELFIN LADY

BUDK and My Noble Warrior did it again!!
For my birthday I was gifted with a medieval broadsword... engraved..
I did female water works while doin a most epic happy dance... then I got some board.paracord and made it my own...
THANK YOU EVERY ONE AT BUDK and ALWAYS AM THANKFUL FOR MY NOBLE WARRIOR

Failed to issue refund for fraudulent charge

Someone stole my credit card number and used it to purchase $750 worth of products from BUDK. I noticed the charge right away and contacted them. BUDK found the order, stated the order hadn't shipped and promised to refund the charges. After still seeing the charge on my credit card, I disputed it with my credit card company directly. I emailed BUDK as a follow-up and still haven't received a response. It's been three weeks since the initial charge was made. I'm very disappointed they didn't issue the refund promptly!

Great Products for great prices
They always ship very fast. Had to return an item once (Not their fault) and they were very friendly and walked me through the steps to return my item.

CHEAP USELESS PRODUCT

I ordered product, quality it stated, good it stated...I got nothing but cheap CHINA made product made from plastic n crap. Shovels were made so small only a child could use. Product was going to be returned, they told me, no refunds unless the product is damaged, AND I must pay for Shipping and handling. This company had terrible customer service, poor quality products and misleading pictures on their site. Cheap CHINA made sh*** that ain't worth the money. I threw the products in my trash and learned my lesson...never use or buy from BUDK again.....don't waste your money.

Questionable quality and terrible…

Questionable quality and terrible service. My mystery bug out bag had 4 survival whistles and a metal hook to hang fish. I've called three times and they won't return it despite saying they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The only lower standard for service may be bail bondsman or DMV employees.

Recently bought a hidden camera it…

Recently bought a hidden camera it didn't even work package came all smashed up it's supposed to blink red and blue when it turns on but just blink's blue 3 times and when I plug it up to see video it says the device isn't working right and windows doesn't recognize it

TOO BAD THERE ISN'T NO STAR OPTION!! This Store has got to have the WORST customer service on the planet!! Do yourself a favor... Save your money and go to a "GOOD" knife store!! Here is a copy of my emails that I wrote them several times already with NO response. They sure took my payments fast but sure as hell ain't willing to back up their products or claims of great customer service......Here's my e-mail that I sent them several times already, "I messaged your pathetic store about a week ago over a piece of junk Sound grenade that you sold me that blew apart with the very fist CO2 cartridge and damn near blew out my f*ing window. I asked for a replacement 1 or a refund. I haven’t even heard a f*ing slightest response to it!! I hope that there is somewhere on the internet that I can find so I can tell everyone how much of a f*ing rip off you are!! I doubt I will even get a response to this email like the other two that I wrote your store. I want my MOTHER F*ING MONEY BACK OR A GOD DAMN REPLACEMENT to that junk I got from you… You accepted my card info and payment with no problem don’t like answering the people you f*k over you cowards. Don’t like backing your s*t up, hey? F*ing liars!! Now here is a copy of the message that I sent your pathetic excuse for a company. Oh, by the way.. that f*ing butterfly knife broke. I will never shop with you f*ing thieves EVER AGAIN!!
(The original letter that I sent twice) Hello, my name is Eric Kurth and I recently purchased a Butterfly knife and a sound grenade with a dozen shells. The very first co2 cartridge that I used blew the damn thing apart and almost took out my window. I have pictures of it if you would like to see. The Part where the Co2 cartridge gets slid into and houses the cartridge blew the f*k off of it. Talk about a total let down. If you want this useless paper weight back, send me an envelope I wasted enough on it already. I sure would like a new 1 or my money back. Thanks, I guess… The Knife is awesome. 1 positive I guess.

Returned several items as they had…

Returned several items as they had issues and were not working properly. It has been three months and I still haven’t received a refund as they claim PayPal has issues which I highly doubt. I will not be purchasing anything from this place again.

I used to buy often. Free shipping fridays always. No more. Hey I know it's cheap stuff and I am good with it.
Amazon ships free to me. I'm not ordering $90 worth if stuff to get free shipping. also the $.99 insurance is just money for what their responsible for anyway. No tracking on the insurance either.

I bought 2 swords from them

I bought 2 swords from them. One was ok for the price the other one sucked. The positive eeview posted immediately. The less than positive never got posted. That misleads peolle buying swords from them. You only get to see a few inexperienced reviews on their crappy products.
